David Sindrey

MClSc (Audiology), MClSc (Speech-Language Pathology) David Sindrey is a Lecturer at Western University in the School of Communication Sciences & Disorders. He is a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist (LSLS Cert. AVT) and a PhD candidate in Hearing Science. His work focuses on hearing science, aural habilitation, and paediatric hearing loss, with an emphasis on family-centred early intervention, hearing aid use and retention, and knowledge translation. He integrates behavioural science frameworks, including COM-B and the Theoretical Domains Framework, to support intervention design and implementation.
